Samsung has announced its Galaxy Ring device at its Galaxy Unpacked event. The device will retail for $399 and will be available for purchase on July 24th, 2024.
The Galaxy Ring has a concave design and is made from lightweight titanium and is rated for depths of water up to 100 meters, with an IP68 for water and dust resistance.
Samsung’s three-sensor technology is at the heart of the Galaxy Ring, providing comprehensive health monitoring that includes heart rate, sleep tracking, and even skin temperature.

These sensors also feed data to the Galaxy AI, which then offers personalized health and sleep tips.
The Galaxy Ring has a battery life that Samsung claims will have 7 days on a single charge.
The software for the Galaxy Ring will be available on Android devices that can run the Samsung Health app and take advantage of specific Samsung features on Galaxy phones.
